Your Mission As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for UiPath product support during pre-sales and post-sales, addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
What you'll do at UiPath - Serve as the primary contact for UiPath software support
- Assist UiPath customers to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical and product-related issues over email or phone
- Channel customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Engage in continuous learning of the UiPath Suite.
- Participate in internal RPA automation initiatives.
What you'll bring to the teamMust Have Technology
- B.E/B.TECH in Computer Science/or equivalent degree
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Product support
- Strong understanding of .NET (C# or VB)/ Java/Python/SQL/node-based programming
Added Advantage
- Previous experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and OpenSpan is highly desirable.
Soft-Skills
- Very good communication and Customer Presentation Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent problem-solving skill
