Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated project management support to our customers specifically but not only in the UK, Europe, and North America, ensuring their satisfaction and facilitating their growth with Greyparrot. This role will be a key team member in the Delivery and Support function, holding other team members to account with deadlines through the Go-Live process. This role will have full project management ownership of existing accounts and aim to foster long-term relationships. Reporting to the Head of Customer Delivery, the Project Manager will coordinate internally across stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences throughout their journey with Greyparrot.
Key responsibilities:
Go-Live process management including:
Internal coordination between individuals (data, eng, support, ops, product)
Ticketing and communication
Organisation of Value Demonstration/ROI work
External coordination with Customer, directly or through Partners, sharing data request and presenting finding or involving relevant team member
Continuous improvement, for example running retros were appropriate
Project tracking and reporting, working to agreed response times and consistent customer experience.
Collate and share any customer feedback and request for the product and technical team.
Conducting weekly or bi-weekly calls with each customer, engaging relevant team members from sales, data, etc., as needed.
In collaboration with the Head of Customer Delivery, input in and build new processes and lead workflows to foster best project management practices across the business.
Exercising clear judgement when it’s necessary to pull in members from the Greyparrot team to enhance the customer’s experience.
Key requirements:
Project management experience in a customer facing role in a complex and fast moving technical environment
A degree in Science, Engineering or Mathematics
Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA is essential
Willingness and ability to travel as needed to waste sorting plants in the UK and Europe (and potentially USA) at short notice
Passion for addressing the waste crisis and other environmental issues
It would be a plus if you had:
Experience in the waste industry
A valid UK driving license
Experience with Notion, Hubspot, or other CRM and project management tools
Fluent in a European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian)
Startup or scale up experience
