Job Description
- Provide data-driven insights to support management in resource planning and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze historical data and trends to identify areas for improvement in forecasting accuracy and staffing efficiency.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate forecast accuracy, staffing metrics, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in data analysis/data science/IT or Economics.
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Other programming languages are a plus (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript etc)
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and German
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin
