Your mission
As Senior Manager of Renewals, in addition to giving guidance & monitoring performance, you will oversee the functionality of a workgroup by providing supervision, management and motivation to the team members on a daily basis. This individual is responsible for maximizing both revenue and bookings by optimizing the renewal process including mitigation of churn risk, up-selling of contracts and ensuring timely renewals.
What you'll do at UiPath - Effectively lead team to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets while also exceeding budgeted renewal rates for all product lines.
- Hire, train, and mentor individual Renewal Specialists on procedural best practices and on the best methods to manage negotiations with channel partners and customers.
- Actively support in defining and driving strategy and execution for managed team.
- Setting OKR’s for the team members and monitor performance.
- Proactively identify and address areas of improvement at individual and team level.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures and ensures best practices are deployed to support renewal rate targets.
- Develop trainings, meetings & review sessions to expand team’s capabilities
- Partner closely with other teams and enhance cross-functional collaboration
What you'll bring to the team- Excellent people skills with strong leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in renewals, sales or account management in Enterprise Segment with solution/value selling methodology.
- People management experience minimum 3 – 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with sales and channel.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor sales teams.
- Ability to work within a constantly changing environment.
