🧑🏻💻 About the role
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will be coaching hotel staff on how to streamline their daily operations using Flexkeeping. Your main focus will be listening and understanding the way they operate and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth digital transition.
Here are some of the things you will be working on…
👉 Your job duties & responsibilities
- Ownership of the entire onboarding process (pre - during - post onboarding).
- Guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Customize and set up Flexkeeping based on requirements.
- Online customer training of Flexkeeping (occasionally onsite training required).
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of Flexkeeping.
- Support new customers during their first days.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents by prompt usage of company-designated tools.
- Handover the client to the Customer Success and Support teams after successfully completing the onboarding.
- Willingness to occasionally assist our Support team.
👌 Your qualifications & personality
- Experience in hotel operations, or customer onboarding roles in SaaS companies.
- Excellent communication skills and IT fluency.
- Fluent in English & German. Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or French are a big plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced tech company and ready to work both independently or as part of a team.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Good time management, prioritisation and organization skills.
- Reliable and proactive, with a genuine interest in innovative tech.
- Previous experience with meeting deadlines, goals and objectives (KPIs).
- Being able to work outside standard working hours if needed (occasionally).
- Willingness to travel.
