When they have questions regarding invoices, renewals, etc., you’re happy to help. Being proactive doesn’t scare you. You’re more than willing to reach out to our customers to inform them about shipments, delays, etc.. You will double check if the purchase orders that are coming in are according to the price models that are communicated to the customer. Our platform will hold no secrets to you and you’ll keep an eye on the invoicing settings per customer to ensure all is correct.
