Job Summary:
The selected candidate will primarily focus on business development and corporate sales of Health & Wellness products & services of Pharmeasy within the designated state. Key responsibilities include achieving corporate sales and revenue targets, strategizing sales initiatives, managing accounts, and overseeing sales operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Revenue Management:
Drive overall sales revenue under the guidance of the Regional Head while strategizing for future growth and enhanced market penetration.
Sales Funnel Support:
Collaborate with the frontline sales team to facilitate account closures within the state.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with new customers, particularly targeting decision-makers and influencers.
Sales Forecasting:
Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume, and analyzing profit margins for both existing and new products.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and products to develop effective sales strategies that ensure a competitive edge.
Sales Methodology Development:
Create and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology, analyzing the effectiveness of various sales methods.
Client Engagement:
Increase awareness of service offerings among existing clients through onsite campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Corporate Partnerships:
Establish new corporate and insurance partnerships to enhance sales of healthcare products and wellness services.
Cross-Selling Opportunities:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling with corporate clients as well as life and health insurance companies.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Corporate Healthcare Sales:
Proven experience in selling Insurance or healthcare services/products to corporates is preferred, along with a willingness to travel. Already working is selling services Insurance, Brokers, Corporate wellness teams
Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Relationship Building:
Ability to establish relationships at the CXO level within corporations, ideally using a top-down approach for sales.
Presentation Skills:
Strong presentation abilities in diverse settings, including one-on-one meetings, small groups, and larger audiences.
Pricing Strategy Knowledge:
Experience in setting selling prices based on market conditions, competition, and demand dynamics.
Analytical Skills:
Capability to develop sales plans, manage resources effectively, and analyze sales data.
Experience selling similar products is preferred
