You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You'll help resolve customer issues through various platforms and share valuable customer insights to improve our innovative shopping experience.
What You'll Do 👷
Represent Tilt with a positive, customer-first attitude
Provide outstanding support via email and chat
Quickly address and resolve customer concerns related to onboarding, orders, payments, fulfillment, etc.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost diligence

Share recurring customer feedback and trends with the team to enhance processes and fix root causes
Requirements 📋
We're looking for someone ambitious, curious, and relentless—a no-ego problem solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:
Fluent in English
1+ years of experience in email/chat-based customer support
The ability to juggle issue resolution and concise communication

Evening and weekend availability, with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts based on business needs
