Role Purpose
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our People team for an unforgettable 8-week internship. As one of our interns, you will bring your own unique perspective as a learner, together with your academic knowledge, technical skills, and enthusiasm, and will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidate applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organise and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
Essential
- Currently in your second year at university or a year before graduation, completing a degree with expected 2:1 or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information.
- Enthusiastic to learn about HR practises.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry.
About the internship
Successful candidates will spend 8 weeks working with our People team in the summer months. In this time you will gain:
