Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the use of our platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our services and policies
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to other teams for further assistance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and policies to effectively assist customers
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to the app and customer service process
- Work closely with our development team to report and track bugs
Your profile
You are right for this position if you have these qualifications:
- Located in or near Warsaw, Poland.
- Able to empathize with the day-to-day challenges our users are facing
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment like an early-stage startup
- Strong affinity towards troubleshooting complex IT systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish. Language skills in Ukrainian or Russian give you extra points!
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer service software like FreshWorks or Zendesk is a plus.
- Prior work experience in the on-demand gig economy, such as ride-hailing or food delivery, is a plus

With Bliq, we are building a next-gen ride-hailing company with a special focus on drivers. We’ve spent the past three years building the Bliq Driver app that helps drivers control the biggest platforms in their area on a single interface, work easier, and earn more. Since our launch, more than 100,000 have already done 50+ million trip offers.
Last year, we started “Bliq for passengers,” an app that is currently already used by 200,000+ riders to find the fastest or cheapest ride wherever they need to go. Our vision is better earnings for drivers and better passenger fares, achieved through fostering competition.
