Your Mission 🫵
As a Performance Marketer at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth through Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube). This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll have the opportunity to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, owning what we envision as a significant growth engine for the company.
What You'll Do 👷
Responsibilities (0-3 months):
Develop an acquisition strategy for YouTube, Display, and Search
Analyze competitor strategies and integrate insights into campaigns
Scale ad spend from £0 to £75k/month while maintaining efficiency
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Responsibilities (3+ months):
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and scale spend beyond £75k/month
Test new channels and ad formats to diversify acquisition efforts
Collaborate with creatives to refine and iterate on high-performing ads
Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to leadership
Maintain an agile approach to competitor and market trends
Build or manage external resources to support growth
Requirements 📋
You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Experience scaling budgets from 0-$500k pm, with efficient payback periods
Experience working with a wide variety of businesses, especially high-growth startups
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering
A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users
Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies
