To support our scaling workforce, we are looking for a motivated HR Administrator with a passion for innovation, process optimisation and making a tangible impact for our employees to join our People Experience Team. This is a hybrid role working from our office in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for departing employees.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, role changes, and other lifecycle documentation.
Assist in gathering and processing payroll inputs accurately and on time.
Support employees with expense submissions and queries.
Support the development and maintenance of global people processes and policies.
Educate and guide employees on People policies and procedures.
Maintain and update content on the People Portal.
Respond to employee queries submitted through our ticketing system, Freshdesk.
Coordinate the local office facilities, including access requirements, room bookings and office-related administrative tasks.
Manage post and other office-related administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Support with the coordination of social and team engagement activities, such as summer and winter events.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in bob (or other HR system) and Google Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a growth environment.
Committed to enhancing the experience of our employees.
Experience in a People/HR team within a scaling and/or global environment is a huge plus.
