Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing large-scale distributed systems, ensuring
high availability and fault tolerance. You will provide technical leadership, set architectural
standards, and drive the overall system architecture at Unbxd. Your expertise in AI platforms
and models will be critical in guiding our development teams toward innovative and efficient
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect large-scale distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Define and maintain technical standards and best practices for system architecture and design.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies and models within our architecture to enhance product capabilities.
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure high efficiency and responsiveness.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems (12+ years).
- Strong expertise in building fault-tolerant systems that can handle high volumes of traffic.
- Experience with managing a diverse team.
- Experience with AI platforms and machine learning models, including deployment and integration into production systems.
- Knowledge of information retrieval systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
