Job Description
In this role, you will oversee operations as the Warehouse Sortation Supervisor at our partner warehouse, Wackler, in Göppingen. As a valued team member of Seven Senders, you will coordinate parcel sortation processes with warehouse employees working on these operations. Reporting to the Logistics Team Lead in Berlin, you will have the opportunity to represent a dynamic and innovative company in a critical operational role.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure smooth daily sortation processes and proactively address operational challenges.
- Supervise and coordinate blue-collar employees at the Wackler warehouse working on behalf of Seven Senders.
- Act as the main point of contact between Seven Senders and our Service Provider in Göppingen fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Regularly update and report to the Team Lead Logistics in Berlin.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety within the sorting operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong supervising skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise between various stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and resolving on-the-ground challenges.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required.
