About the role
We are looking for aSenior Agile Project and Release Managerto oversee both the day-to-day management of Agile project workflows and the coordination of release cycles. We expect this role to ensure that projects are on track, facilitate communication across teams, manage risks, and support plan releases to meet business goals. This role requires an organized, goal-oriented professional who is proactive in overcoming challenges, committed to quality, and adept at coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Product Engineering Software Development activities, focusing on continuous improvement, quality assurance and outcome-driven workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end release process, including planning, scheduling, dependencies, and coordinating releases across teams.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, supervise team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Ensure timely delivery by tracking progress, reporting on team metrics, managing risks, and resolving dependencies.
- Regularly update stakeholders on release progress and performance metrics, issues, and timelines through reports, dashboards, or meetings.
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices within the release management process.
- Collaborates with senior product leaders to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
- Develop, document, and enforce release policies, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering to ensure quality criteria are met, and review release readiness, including documentation, testing results, and deployment plans.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Self-Motivated and Organized: Capable of independently managing projects, creating structured plans, and executing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Adaptability and Problem Solving: Skilled in navigating change, finding innovative solutions, and adapting agile practices to meet project needs.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment.
- Proven experience managing projects within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align project objectives with business goals.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
