To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Highly proficient (Level C1) in spoken and written English
- Proficient in computer and keyboard use
- Eager to work in a call center and service sector

Main responsibilities will include:
- Respond to calls and messages about various products and services received by the Customer Experience team at obilet
- Support the sales process by guiding customers through their purchasing journey
- Ensure customer requests are followed up on and resolved to the highest satisfaction level
- Conduct survey calls to evaluate customer service satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the customer by participating in efforts to improve processes
- Collaborate with teams to support enhancements and improvements
