Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to support Oviva’s growth while ensuring quality and sustainability.
Process Improvement: Conduct assessments of current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Change Management: Lead organisational change efforts, managing transitions smoothly and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Develop structured change management plans, including training and communication strategies.
Team and Resource Management: Build and lead high-performing operations teams, implement effective capacity planning and resource allocation strategies, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs, track performance, and inform decision-making. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into efficiency improvements and their financial impact.
About You
A strategic thinker and visionary leader who can manage complexity and influence cross-functional teams.
A track record in scaling operations within high-growth environments, ideally in health tech or healthcare.
Excel at leading organisational change initiatives with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Background in operational process improvement, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to inspire and lead large clinical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
