We are looking for an aspiring Associate Product professional who is passionate about solving complex problems within the B2B enterprise space and preferably has addressed concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First-time use & ongoing discovery & learning. You will be part of a close-knit motivated team of rock stars both on the engineering/development & Go to Market (GTM) side.

What do you get to do?
- Gain a deep understanding of customer/user problems, and workflows & drive solutions resulting in simple, engaging & delightful experiences starting from prototypes to detailed requirements
- Translate product strategy & plans into detailed requirements identifying the “end state”, breaking down them into “iterations” by working with target customers & development with a bias towards faster time to market
- Drive product launches including working with the PR team, R&D, design, sales & marketing
- Work closely with the design & data team to uncover insights from usage patterns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address product-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and take initiative to drive projects forward.
- Basic understanding of product management concepts, agile methodologies, and market research.
- Software development background is preferred
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in digital products and services.
- Awareness of current industry trends and the ability to think creatively about potential product enhancements.
- Familiarity with specific tools or platforms used by the company (e.g., specific programming languages, data visualization tools, or design software).
