As Staffing & Compliance Coordinator, you will be working on various administrative tasks in our Fulfillment Center in Rangsdorf to support our employees on-site.
As part of this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for all employee requests on the floor and on Zendesk / Slack
Be fully responsible for our shift planning & scheduling
You will be planning and scheduling our workforce according to our daily and weekly team needs
You accept and check the absences of our Associates and make sure their hourly accounts stay up-to-date
You will work directly with our Area Managers to fill the staff needs according to different areas
Own the Onboarding process of new joiners in our Fulfillment Center
Be responsible for data compliance by managing employee records, protecting sensitive data and adhering to GDPR regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Eye for detail and working precisely
Comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Fluency in written and spoken English, German B2
Nice to have, but by no means need to have are:
Interest in or knowledge of Fulfillment and HR processes
Interest in or knowledge of Work safety topics
Interest in or knowledge of German labor law
Experience with the tools Personio and/or Shyftplan
