- Location: Fully remote, reporting to our Head of Design, Riccardo
- Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week
- Rate: £400 - £500 per day
About The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join our Engagement Squad, focusing on delivering impactful design solutions for the Paired app while we search for a full-time team member. Your role will be critical in refining features, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring design excellence across the platform.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to craft innovative features that delight our users and expand the app’s offerings.
What The Role Encompasses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in iterative design cycles to test and refine new concepts.
- Translate ideas into high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes that meet user needs and business goals.
- Develop rapid prototypes for user testing and internal review.
- Apply best practices in UX/UI design to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterations.
- Contribute to and maintain our existing design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
