What you will do
You will play a key role in the Retail team, primarily focused on supporting the order processing function within our Account Management group and gaining skills for future career growth in the team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and processing all B2B orders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment, handling any issues that may arise with professionalism.
- Overseeing and optimizing processes within order management, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting the management of our B2B webshop, ensuring its smooth operation and working closely with internal teams to improve user experience.
- Assisting in account management activities, gaining experience in nurturing client relationships, understanding account needs, and supporting new product introductions to clients.
- Preparing and coordinating internal and external meetings, from scheduling to creating materials like presentations.
- Collaborating with the team to execute strategic growth initiatives, including expanding with existing partners and onboarding new accounts.
What we're looking for
- You are a graduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, International Management, or a related field, eager to start a full-time role and grow in a dynamic company.
- You could already gain first relevant work experience, preferably in another fast-paced work environment.
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- You are excited about entrepreneurship & digital business models.
- You are eager to learn, always take on new challenges and ready to go the extra mile.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and the willingness to lead projects with a hands-on mentality.

- You are looking for a place to start your professional career and are willing to relocate to Berlin.
- You are a German native and have excellent English skills.
