We are looking for a friendly and ambitious Product Designer to join one of our cross-functional product development teams.
At Funnel, we emphasize team collaboration. Teams here are not handed predefined requirements, instead they identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions for their part of the product, all while taking responsibility for the holistic user experience. Learning is central to us, and we use both qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate features and discover opportunities. We work with small iterations and deploy to production several times a day.
The Role
As a Product Designer you bring a deep empathy and understanding of our users' challenges, priorities and day-to-day. In the team, you’ll take ownership of delivering an exceptional user experience, working closely with a product manager and engineers to prioritize opportunities that enhance usability, delight our users, and drive business impact. We believe that the best collaboration and innovation happen when teams work together in the same space, and as such, we work from our office in central Stockholm as much as possible.
At Funnel, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your craft, collaborate with a highly talented design function, and grow within a company that’s at the cutting edge of building great products.
Who you are
We want you to thrive in your role and believe that you have:
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in close collaboration with product managers and engineers, with direct access to users
Excellent communication skills with the ability to make the complex seem simple; both in writing, through prototypes and in-person
Expertise in product discovery techniques like interviews, user testing, prototyping, scoping and rapid iteration
An ability to clearly articulate design decisions and champion a high bar of usability in the team
A wide portfolio of skills and techniques, knowing when pixel-perfect detail is needed, and when a quick sketch on a whiteboard gets the job done
Expertise in Figma
It is beneficial if you also have:
An understanding or hands-on experience in performance marketing
Experience from a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
Hands-on experience using and/or building products used for data exploration and data visualization
Experience and expertise with design systems
Expertise in quantitative data analysis
The Product
Funnel enables a workflow that automates the collection of all the data the customer needs, easy creation and maintenance of a robust data model with the customer's own concepts and metrics, with an AI-powered model for marketing measurement, and beautiful reporting on top.
All this without the user having to write a single line of code or even be particularly technical. Our vision is that the people who need data for their decision-making should have the tools to do it themselves - and not be dependent on their technical colleagues.
