1. Work on sale events, engagement events etc., planning & execution along with storefront assets to improve user journey & conversion through the app.
2. Work on A/B Testing of Storefront Layouts & understanding results to scale experiments.
3. Manage vertical wise visibility by optimizing layouts in a way which is best for the overall business.
4. Work on Widget Creation of different types in order to improve metrics like Homepage Engagement, Homepage Conversion & vertical wise conversion etc.
5. Responsible for planning and executing all consumer campaigns that focus on retention of customers along with engagement.
6. Will have to monitor retention across various cohorts and prepare reports to understand campaign effectiveness.
7. Should understand key retention metrics and suggest improvements based on metric numbers.
8. Should analyze market trends and draw meaningful & actionable insights.
9. Should have the ability to execute campaigns across multiple channels- Emails, SMS, Whatsapp, Push Notifications, InApps, Native Displays, Webhooks etc using Clevertap.
10. Work on a lot of cross functional projects involving various business teams, product, tech, creative, content etc.
What you’ll Need?
1. 1-3 years of experience with customer retention and engagement or loyalty platforms.
2. Experience with handling storefront assets like banners, widgets, funnels will be a plus. (not mandatory though).
3. Experience on tools like Clevertap, Webengage, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Apptimize, Localytics, Firebase etc (any out of the above mentioned will be preferred.)
4. Well versed with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
7. Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple tasks at one time.
