The role
As an Executive Assistant you will be required to Support the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Product Officer enabling them to use their time effectively & efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Team of Executive Assistants and build relationships with GeeCees and a number of stakeholders from all over the business.

Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Booking and arranging extensive overseas travel and accommodation.

Shaping, designing and planning team meetings and social events.

Collating expenses

Compiling of correspondence

Implementing and maintaining procedures on the GoCardless administrative systems

Liaising with suppliers and clients

Management of Ad Hoc and miscellaneous issues

Experience scheduling globally, specifically in Melbourne and the US.
